Kathy has been a qualified Personal trainer for 10 years, she has qualifications in advanced strength training and Olympic lifting, specialising in core and lower back strength. Kathy’s passion lies in trauma sensitive breathing and movement.

Kathy is one of our GO45 small group training coaches and is also available for 1-1 personal training.
